  Luino is on the Lombard side of Lake Maggiore near the Swiss border and is the main city of the mountain community "Valleys of Verbano".
Its Wednesday market is a big attraction especially in the summer season as it attracts tourists from all over Europe.

The property is in a little 2-storey-building, recently renovated and is in the city centre of Colmegna, a hamlet of Luino, about 300 mt from the lakefront and the public beach.

All the facilities can be reached on foot. The railway station of Colmegna is about 200 metres. At about 1,5 km, you can find the city centre of Luino where every Wednesday there is its famous street market.
The flat can accommodate up to 6 people.
