Cargiago is a small characteristic town set on the lower hills of Ghiffa, about 3 km away from Verbania Intra.
It offers a vast network of paths for excursions on foot that will take you to a variety of other towns, all surrounded by greenery, or down to the lake.

Ceredo is a tiny village on the hills where you can find a wonderful lake view. Verbania and the lake are at about 3 km distance.
The apartments are located in a green area, where you can make excursions by bicycle or by foot and where you can also admire a fabulous panorama.
The apartment is on the first floor and it is part of an isolated complex surrounded by green from where you can admire the lovely views.
The complex was built in 2009 and the apartment was funished in 2009.
The area is very peaceful.

Ghiffa

Ghiffa, also known as the "Riviera of Lake Maggiore" thanks to its mild climate, is the most popular town on the Piedmont side of the lake.
Holidays in this town, which is one of the most popular amongst international tourists and from time immemorial has inspired writers and poets such as Dickens, Stendhal, Flaubert, Ranzoni and Hemingway, will be touched by the romantic atmosphere.

The apartments are situated in Susello, area of Ghiffa, about 3 km from Verbania. They were built and furnished in 2003.
The distance to the lake is about 50mt and at 200m you can find sailing boat club and beach.
By foot you can also reach a payable swimming pool, restaurant-pizzeria and a discotheque.
Near the building, there is a cycling path with which you can reach Ghiffa and Verbania.

This apartment is situated between Ghiffa and Oggebbio, at about 5 km from the centre of Verbania.
The Villa has its name for the privileged position, next to the lake.
The apartment is on the first floor of the Villas dependence from the `900 with a garden of 2 hectares.
During the summer you can also use the private beach, which is situated at about 30m from the flat.
At about 800m you can also find the centre of Ghiffa with bars, restaurants and supermarkets instead, at Oggebbio you can rent boats, water-scooters, kayak, mountain bikes, canoes.

The structure is located in the residence "Villa Selva", one of the most beautiful modern style villa of Lago Maggiore built in 18 century by the architect Boffi. From the villa you can enjoy a stunning lake view and fabulous park of about 2 hectares that sorrounds the villa.
In park you can find also a small playground for kids.
For the costumer a private beach is avaiable.
The structure can accomodate up to 5 people.

The construction ended in summer 2011, is situated in the neighbourhood of Ronco city centre, hamlet of Ghiffa, on the first hills. It is about 200 mt. away from Ronco centre and about 500 mt away from the lakefront of Ghiffa.
The apartments are in a very quiet and sunny posistion with a total lakeview.
The contruction is in a green context from where you can make excursions by bike or on foot

Ghiffa Ronco

In the town called Ronco di Ghiffa is located the " Monastero di clausura delle Benedettine del SS. Sacramento and the church dedicated at Maria Elisabetta.
From the built-up area starts an aged paved path of flints that climbs up in a woodland area reaching the monumental area called S.S. Trinita.
In Ronco the ancient baths have been opened again lately.
