Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna. Pallanza is the preferred tourist location, the storic center is rich with shops and on friday night, in the summertime, the promenade comes to life with the craftmanship market.
Of notable importance are the Madonna Di Campagna church from the 1500’s and the garden of Villa Taranto and Villa San Remigio.
At Villa Giulia the local council organises events such as conventions, concerts and exhibitions.
The summer season is filled with events that fill the alleys with life. The beautiful promenade links the center of Pallanza with Intra and Suna.

Of all the neighbourhoods composing Verbania it’s most famous for its typical historic center and its romantic promenade, with several fashionable bars. At roughly 200m from the villa you can find a public swimming pool and beach.

Bars, restaurants and shops are at roughly 300m from the apartment and the departure point for the Borromean islands at roughly 500m.

A three-roomed apartment at the ground floor of roughly 90 sqm composed by: independant entrance in the garden, living-room with kitchenette and two futon beds, master bedroom and private bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, garden of roughly 40 sqm equipped with garden chairs and table.
