Ponte Romano
Ghiffa:
Ghiffa is located on the shore and due to it’s position has a beautiful lake view and mild climate. The territory stretches to higher up in the mountains with a wide variety of flora and fauna.
The apartments are situated in Susello, area of Ghiffa, about 3 km from Verbania. They were built and furnished in 2003.The apartments are at the ground floor.
The distance to the lake is about 50mt and at 200m you can find sailing boat club and beach.
By foot you can also reach a payable swimming pool, restaurant-pizzeria and a discotheque.
Near the building, there is a cycling path with which you can reach Ghiffa and Verbania.

The apartment is on the ground floor and above there are only two other apartments. It is about 50 sqm and it includes: lounge with a settee, which becomes a double bed, double room and a bathroom with shower.
An indoor parking space is available.
The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people:
- 2 persons in the double room
- 2 persons in the lounge on the sofa bed.
Equipment: TV, kitchen with 4 gas rings, electric oven, washing machine, garage.
Pets are not allowed.
