Ghiffa, also known as the "Riviera of Lake Maggiore" thanks to its mild climate, is the most popular town on the Piedmont side of the lake.

The apartments are situated in Susello, area of Ghiffa, about 3 km from Verbania.

Near the building, there is a cycling path with which you can reach Ghiffa and Verbania.
