Orta Miasino:
Miasino is a small town on the hills surrounding the Orta lake at roughly 3 km from Orta S. Giulio. What will strike you when heading towards this location is the mesmerising scenery between the mountains at your back and the lake surrounded by lush green hills.
In Miasino you can find many baroque constructions of the 1700’s, some villas from the 1800’s and several very valuable architectural structures (like the Parochial Church of San Rocco and Villa Nigra), which testify the history of this area which had many illustrious inhabitants.
From here you can reach the summit of Monte Mottarone (5 km) and enjoy the view which goes from the Orta lake to lago Maggiore and the Alpsi, in the winter area there is the possibility to go skiing, or head towards lago Maggiore at a distance of roughly 20 km.
The apartments are located at Carcegna, area of Miasino, a small center on the forst hills of Orta at roughly 3 km from the center of Orta S. Giulio.
The apartments are located in the old part of this small town of medieval origin and are enclosed in a fully renovated eighteenth-century courtyard. The beautiful swimming pool offered by the facility is open to all of its guests.
