Ghiffa is located on the shore and due to it’s position has a beautiful lake view and mild climate. The territory stretches to higher up in the mountains with a wide variety of flora and fauna.

The apartment is located in Selasca between Verbania and Ghiffa and roughly 1,5 Km from the center of Verbania, in a classic villa with park of roughly 2 acres.

In the immediate vicinities of the villa you can find (at the residence "La Selva") restaurant, swimming pool and tennis court and for those who love walks there is the possibility to reach Intra by a panoramic path.

The apartment is on the first floor of the depandance of the villa of the early 1900’s with a park of roughly 2 acres.

Furthermore in the summer it is possible to use the villa’s splendid private beach, at roughly 30 m from the apartment .

The apartment is a two-roomed apartment at the first floor without elevator of roughly 50 sqm composed by: living room with sofa bed, master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

The apartment can accomodate up to 4 persons :
- 2 persons in the master bedroom
- 2 persons in the living room.

Supplied: TV, kitchen with 4 gas rings, electric oven, washing machine and private parking space.
