Brezzo di Bedero:
Brezzo di Bedero is located at roughly 3 km south ofLuino and is in a predominant position with respect to Lago Maggiore.
The storic center of the town is located at roughly 1 km from the lake and the roads along the coastline have multiple villas immersed in green.
Brezzo di Bedero is famous for its Romanic basilisk, la Canonica of San Vittore, built around the year 1000.
The villa is located in a Residence in the green to about 300m from the coastal and beach free.
Each accommodation at the Residence can be reached through a panoramic scale.
At about 1 km there is the historic centre of Brezzo of Bedero with its famous Basilica, while about 3 km you can found the centre of Luino where every Wednesday there is its famous market held in the historic core of the village.
It has 371 stalls, most of them is family-run.
A three-roomed apartment composed of:
garden of roughly 20 m² with outside shower, panoramic terrace of about 60 square meters,
living room with fireplace and with beautiful lake view , small kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom with tub,

a small bathroom.
