Then structure is located in Baveno at roughly 1500m from the center and from the lake.
The apartment is an independent villa on two floors.
The apartment has a garden of roughly 400 m² and a stupendous view of the lake and the Borromean islands.
The structure is on the very edge of the forest, therefore giving the feeling of being immersed in nature, with all the realtive advantages (few sounds, serenity, tranquillity, nice walks), nevertheless the center of Baveno and the promenade is at a very short distance.
