Cannobio Trafiume:
The last town to the far north of the Piedmont region is Cannobio, at a distance of 5 km from Switzerland.
This location is known for its mild climate.
Trafiume is an area of Cannobio with restaurants and primary necessity shops, at a distance of only 2 km, also linked by a bicycle route which stays parallel to the Cannobino river.
Here the road along the Valle Cannobina begins which leads towards the Val Vigezzo, a road which crosses the valley between woods and small towns, where you can find find several alpine excursions and itineraries, also found on the Val Cannobina maps.
Of particular beauty is theOrrido di Sant’Anna: a showcase of the forces of nature, where the Cannobino torrent passes through a narrow and deep gorge; ending in a small lake with a beach.
The apartment is located on the backside of a two-storeyed structure at a distance of 300 m from the center of Trafiume and 400 m from the bicycle route which connects Trafiume with Cannobio and leads to the Orrido di Sant’Anna, crossing the "ballerino" bridge.All primary necessity services are reachable by foot.
