The location has a nice beach and summer manifestations: The Fish Festival at Caldè (august) and the Rice and Mushroom Festival.

Caldè is located halfway between Laveno (10 km) and Luino (8 km), this is an advantageous position: Laveno offers the possibility to embark on boating trips on the lake and to ferry towards the Piedmont shore, and Luino is known for it grand promenade enriched by giant plane trees, another characteristic is the wednesday market where about half of the visitors are foreigners.
A trip to Lugano should not be missed: it is at a distance of just 30 from Caldè

The apartment is located in a residence on the ’Rocca’ of Caldè, in a hilly area, the center of the town is at a distance of about 200 meters and Caldè at a distance of about 700 meters, with a nice swimming pool located inside and a shared use tenniscourt.
The privileged position offers a nice view of the lake and Caldè.
From tha apartment you can reach the summit of ’la Rocca’ and admire the view.
