The apartment is situated at Dormelletto, an area immersed in green, with bicycle routes (Parco dei Lagoni di Mercurago), with numerous beaches and near to "Parco del Ticino"; at the same time the apartment is near the area which with time has become a point of reference on the lake for entertainment (you can in fact find a cineplex, restaurants, bars, discos, large shopping malls, at roughly 1km).

It is a two-roomed apartment at the second floor with an elevator in a complex with a park of roughly 10000 sqm equiped with a private boat dock , tennis court, beach with private cabins , games for children and a volleyball court.
