Stresa is one of the most famous cities of Lago Maggiore, renowned for its natural beauty and famous hotels.
From Stresa it is possible to reach all the main tourist attractions of Lago Maggiore (Mottarone, Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori, Isola Madre, Villa Taranto, Santa Caterina del Sasso etc.).
The apartment is located in a residential area at roughly 500m from the center of Stresa and at roughly 800m from the beautiful and worldfamous Promenade.
The structure is three-floored located at the feet of mount Mottarone; in fact from here there are several paths which lead to the summit of the Mottarone.
The apartment is three-roomed and divided over two levels at the ground floor with a garden of roughly 40 m² and garage; it can accomodate up to 4 persons.

The apartment is on two levels and composed by:
- first level: garden of roughly 20 m²,porch of roughly 8 m², living-room, kitchen.
- second level:
master bedroom, bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, one with shower the other with bathtub, garden of roughly 15 m².
The apartment can accomodate up to n. 4 persons :
- 2 persons in the bedroom
- 2 persons in the master bedroom;
Supplied: kitchen with 4 gas rings, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, dish-washer, VCR, DVD, TV-SAT, TV and DVD in the master room, stereo, garage, garden.
Pets are not allowed.
