The building is a typical lake house with typical wooden balconies.

The apartments are situated in the historical centre of Oggebbio next to the town hall, the church and the old panoramic road (about 200m above the lake level), which runs along the lakeside. From this road you can organize excursions to visit historic villages such as Novaglie, Gonte and to reach Cannero. At about 400m from the flats you can find many equipped beaches.
