The apartments are located in Pettenasco, on the first hills of Orta at roughly 1,5 km from the center of Pettenasco.
These apartments are located in a renovated villa in 2010. The villa is completely with fenced garden of about 800 square meters available to guests and has a beautiful view of the Orta lake.
The accommodations are two room apartments that can accommodate 4 or 5 people.

The apartment is two-roomed on tow level at the ground floor of roughly 60 m² composed by:
Ground Floor: kitchen, terrace with table and chairs and with view on the lake.
First Floor: double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, terrace equipped with garden furniture.

The apartment can accomodate up to 5 persons:
- 2 persons in the double bedroom
- 3 persons in the living-room.
