Santa Caterina is one of the most well known localities of Lago Maggiore. In fact the monastery ’Santa Caterina del Sasso’ is located here. The area is very peaceful.
The residence is a four-roomed apartment at ground floor in a modern two storey villa immersed in green with a garden and a swimming pool. The residence is at roughly 500m from the famous Eremo di Santa Caterina del Sasso.
The area is ideally located near Varese (roughly 17 km) and to the airport of Malpensa (roughly 30 km)
Leggiuno is an ideal starting location for bicycle excursions on rough roads towards the three lakes of Varese , Monate, Comabbio and the park of the Flower Field.

The residence is a four-roomed apartment in villa at ground floor with a garden and a swimming pool , partly with foliage and partly equiped for sunbathing and, for a vacation of complete relaxation, there is a furnished porch with rocking chair, table and chairs, a bersot in the shade of pine trees and an external barbeque and kitchen .
The residence is composed by: living-room with sofa and fireplace, dining room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower, three master bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The residence can accomodate up to 6 persons :
- 2 persons in the first master bedroom
- 2 persons in the second master bedroom
- 2 persons in the third master bedroom
Supplied: Kitchen with 4 gas rings, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, private garden, private swimming pool, barbeque, external kitchen, covered parking space.
Pets are not allowed.
