Verbania Pallanza:
Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna. Pallanza is the preferred tourist location, the storic center is rich with shops and on friday night, in the summertime, the promenade comes to life with the craftmanship market.
Of notable importance are the Madonna Di Campagna church from the 1500’s and the garden of Villa Taranto and Villa San Remigio.
At Villa Giulia the local council organises events such as conventions, concerts and exhibitions.
The summer season is filled with events that fill the alleys with life. The beautiful promenade links the center of Pallanza with Intra and Suna.
The apartments are situated in the historic centre of Verbania Pallanza , 5 minutes from the beautiful lakefront. This area is most known for the lakefront with all its restaurants and bars, which overlooks the lake.
In 2002 a 2 km cycling and footpath was opened with which you can reach the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto. Bars, restaurants and shops are at about 200m distance where you will also find the departure point of the public boats to the Borromean islands.
At about 300m you can reach the peak of Castagnola, where Villa San Remigio is situated with its beautiful gardens and building from the romantic period.
The building was restructured in 2004 and it was furnished in 2005.
