Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna. Pallanza is the preferred tourist location, the storic center is rich with shops and on friday night, in the summertime, the promenade comes to life with the craftmanship market.
Of notable importance are the Madonna Di Campagna church from the 1500’s and the garden of Villa Taranto and Villa San Remigio.
At Villa Giulia the local council organises events such as conventions, concerts and exhibitions.
The summer season is filled with events that fill the alleys with life. The beautiful promenade links the center of Pallanza with Intra and Suna.

The apartment is located in the storic center of Verbania Pallanza in the near vicinities of the promenade.
This neighbourhood is most famous of Verbania for the aforementioned Promenade, with numerous restaurants and with lakeside tables.
Following the lakeside route you can reach villa Taranto, or the neighbourhood of Suna.

In the summer Pallanza comes alive with the friday night market.

The building is a typical lake construction, in the storic center.

At a distance of roughly 300 m you can find the imbarcation point for the Borromean islands .

The area is to be considered very quiet.

A two leveled two-roomed apartment, connected with a staircase not ideal for children.

The apartment is composed by :
first level: living-room with kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, master bedroom and balcony with lakeview;

second level: lakeview attic with queen sized sofa-bed, bedroom with single bed, service bathroom.

The apartment can accomodate up to 5 persons :

- 2 persons in the master bedroom
- 3 persons in the attic: 2 persons on the queen sized sofa-bed and 1 person in the bedroom with single bed
