Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna.Suna is a picturesque center of medievil origins, tied to Pallanza by a long boulavard siding the lake alongside a tree filled road.
It has a nice sandy beach for sunbathing, and at night the various restaurants and bars make the town come to life.

The apartment is situated in the historic centre of Suna, near the romantic lakefront most known of this area also for the popular bars.

The building is a house on 2 levels with private garden for the guests. Bars, restaurants, and shops are at about 300m from the apartment, at 500m you will find a swimming pool on the side of the lake and a free beach. At 800m there is the departure point of the public boats to the Borromean islands.
