Things to see in Luino:
The old town: from the harbour starts the old street of the traders that has kept its original charm, coming up from the lake to the church ( building of the of the nineteenth century).
Lakefront promenade which stretches from the Roundabout and the old harbour, that had been already planned at Napoleon’s times and ended under the Austrians. A double screen of plane trees gives an incomparable majesty (the first ones near the harbour are authentic monuments maybe even older than 1 century) Whereas the gardens are more recent and have widen the lakefront up to Colmegna, where behind stretches the beautiful park of Fonteviva.
The property is in a little 2-storey-building, recently renovated and is in the city centre of Colmegna, a hamlet of Luino, about 300 mt from the lakefront and the public beach.

All the facilities can be reached on foot. The railway station of Colmegna is about 200 metres. At about 1,5 km, you can find the city centre of Luino where every Wednesday there is its famous street market.
