Orta Ameno:
Orta S. Giulio is a medieval center of rare beauty, picked by various directors to shoot movies and advertisements. Access to the neighbourhood is strictly by foot , amidst elegant structures from the six-seventeenhundreds with the archways adjacent to gardens near the lake. Reaching Piazza Motta, an enclosement with archways on three sides, in the shadows many little shops can be found while the terraces of the coffeehouses are near the water.
The biew is immediately dominated by the straight lines of a renaissance period construction, the Palazzo della Comunità della Riviera (1582), symbol of the old selfgoverning that characterised this community. The fourth side of the square looks over the lake to offer a beautiful view of Isola S. Giulio.
The structure is located in Ameno, a small center on the first hills of Orta at roughly 3 km from the center of Orta S. Giulio.
The building is in a sunny position and priviledged by a beautiful view of the island S. Giulio. It was completed in 2006, has a common use garden of roughly 500sqm and private car spaces.
