Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna. Pallanza is the preferred tourist location, the storic center is rich with shops and on friday night, in the summertime, the promenade comes to life with the craftmanship market.
Of notable importance are the Madonna Di Campagna church from the 1500’s and the garden of Villa Taranto and Villa San Remigio.
At Villa Giulia the local council organises events such as conventions, concerts and exhibitions.
The summer season is filled with events that fill the alleys with life. The beautiful promenade links the center of Pallanza with Intra and Suna.

The apartment is situated in the historic centre of Verbania Pallanza (known as Piazza), on the lakefront. This town is the most famous of Verbania, known for the beautiful lakefront rich of restaurants and bars overlooking the lake. In 2002 a walking path was also opened of about 2km which follows the coast of the lake and takes you to the wonderful botanical garden of Villa Taranto.

The building was completely renovated in 2004 and furnished in 2005.
It is situated in a typical square with narrow streets, which overlooks the lakefront of Pallanza.

At about 150m you will find the departure point of the public boats for the Borromean islands.

The area is very quiet even though it is located in the centre.

The flat is on the first floor with no lift and it is composed by: lounge with a corner kitchen and a double sofa bed, bathroom with a bath and washing machine, double bedroom, balcony with the view of the small square.
The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people:

- 2 persons in the double bedroom
- 2 persons in the lounge on the sofa bed.
