Close to Pella is Ronco, a small town consisting of a group of houses, many of which are built in stone and a small, but well-kept, church. It doesn’t take long to visit Ronco, but it is very pleasant to take a walk along the lakeside promenade and sit and enjoy the view and the peace that reigns sovereign.
The promenade, built more than 30 years ago, is quite unusual as it overhangs the water and was designed to act as a containing wall for the small town.
Ronco can be reached on foot from Pella via the old Via degli Scalpellini running alongside the lake.

The accommodation is located in Madonna del Sasso, a small town set on the lower hills of Lake Orta, about 2 km away from Pella town centre and about 1 km away from the sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso.

The building is built on a sheer cliff overlooking the lake below and offers a wonderful view of Lake Orta and the Island of St. Julius.

The building is of modern construction and the accommodation was fully renovated in 2006.

A set of steps provides access to the flat, located on the second floor (as the building is built on the side of the mountain, access to the accommodation is down two flights of steps).

The accommodation is a studio of about 40 sqm composed by:
living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, Terrace of about 7 square meters where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake Orta and San Giulio Island.

The appartment can accomodate up to n. 3 persons:
- 2 people in the living room sofa bed.
- 1 person in single bed.

Pets not allowed.

Equipment: TV, gas cooker 4 hotplates, oven, American coffee machine, private parking, terrace with chairs and table and wonderful view on the lake and San Giulio Island.
