Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna. Pallanza is the preferred tourist location, the storic center is rich with shops and on friday night, in the summertime, the promenade comes to life with the craftmanship market.
Of notable importance are the Madonna Di Campagna church from the 1500’s and the garden of Villa Taranto and Villa San Remigio.
At Villa Giulia the local council organises events such as conventions, concerts and exhibitions.
The summer season is filled with events that fill the alleys with life. The beautiful promenade links the center of Pallanza with Intra and Suna.

The building has been completely restructured in 2004, and the apartment has been completely refurnished in the beginning of 2005.

At a distance of 500m there’s the promenade of the Pallanza fraction of Verbania.

At a distance of roughly 150m is the beginning of the cape of Castagnola, where in extremely beautiful panoramic position you can visit Villa San Remigio and its oratory (of the Romanic era).

The area is to be considered very quiet, even though it is located in the centre.
