Capital of the province since 1939, Verbania is divided in three main locations: Intra, Pallanza e Suna. Pallanza is the preferred tourist location, the storic center is rich with shops and on friday night, in the summertime, the promenade comes to life with the craftmanship market.
Of notable importance are the Madonna Di Campagna church from the 1500’s and the garden of Villa Taranto and Villa San Remigio.
At Villa Giulia the local council organises events such as conventions, concerts and exhibitions.
The summer season is filled with events that fill the alleys with life. The beautiful promenade links the center of Pallanza with Intra and Suna.

The apartment is situated in the historic centre of Verbania Pallanza (known as Piazza), at a mere 5 minutes walk from the promenade . This town is the most famous of Verbania, known for the beautiful lakefront rich of restaurants and bars overlooking the lake. In 2002 was also opened a walking path of about 2km which follows the coast of the lake and takes you to the wonderful botanical garden of Villa Taranto.

The building was completely renovated in 2004 and furnished in 2005.
At about 500mt you will find the lakefront of Pallanza.

At about 150mt you can reach the top of "Castagnola" from where you can admire a wonderful lake view and visit the Villa San Remigio (Romanic age).

The area is very quiet even if you are in the centre.

This 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor with no lift but with a private entrance and a private parking space.
It is composed by: entrance on the ground floor with a laundry room and space for bicycles, by a staircase you can reach the lounge with a corner kitchen and a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and a balcony overlooking the town.
The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 4 people:

- 2 persons in the lounge on the sofa bed.
