The apartment is located in a small fraction of Baveno: Feriolo.

This is a gracious little town on the shore of lago Maggiore at a short distance from Baveno (4,5 km) with all services and facilities located nearby .

The town of Feriolo is an adequate starting point to visit other places along the lake shoreline, Stresa is in fact at a distance of just 8 km.

In the neighbourhood you can find the natural reserve of Fondotoce and a bicycle route.

It’s a very particular structure, allowing access to the upper floors by means of an internal, as well as, an external staircase.

Public parking possibilities are at a distance of no more than 300 m.

Beach at 100 m, reachable on foot following the promenade.

Pets are not allowed.

A three-roomed apartment devided over three floors:

- Ground floor: living room, cooking area and a bathroom with a small bathtub;
- First floor: double bedroom with small single bedroom attached;
- Second floor: double bedroom with service bathroom reachable by an external spiraling starcase.

Equipped terrace with tables at the top floor from where a beautiful lakeview can be seen.

The apartment can accomodate up to 5 persons :
- 2+1 persons in the first double bedroom;
- 2 persons in the second double bedroom.
