The apartment is located in a small fraction of Baveno: Feriolo.

This is a gracious little town on the shore of lago Maggiore at a short distance from Baveno (4,5 km) with all services and comodities located nearby .

The town of Feriolo is an adequate starting point to visit other places along the lake shoreline, Stresa is in fact at a distance of just 8 km.

In the near vicinity you can find the nature reserve of Fondotoce and a bicycle route.

The structure has a unique lakeside vantage point.

It’s a very particular structure, allowing access to the upper floors by means of an internal, as well as, an external staircase.

Public parking possibilities are at a distance of no more than 300 m.

Beach at 100 m, reachable by foot following the promenade.

The apartment can accomodate up to 5 persons :
- 3 persons in the first master bedroom;
- 2 persons in the second master bedroom.
