How to book:

1) Having chosen the accomodation one, can confirm by telephone or email, informing us of the dates for the stipulation of the rental contract, and therefore: name, surname, residence telephone number and mobile, fax or email address, the number of persons who will occupy the appartment, the period of occupation.

2) LA TUA CASA books the apartment chosen with the proprietor.

3) The rental contract will be sent to you.

4) You will have to sign and forward to us the contract of rental.

5) When a deposit is required (never more than 20% of the rental sum total) you must send a copy of the bank credit transfer or a money order for the amount of the deposit.

6) If within three days from the forwarding of the contract, this should not be returned signed, the booking expires and both parties are free. The copy of the the receipt of the bank transfer or postal order must however arrive within five days from the sending of the contract.

How to reach the accomodation:

1) In the contract there are the instructions for reaching the accomodation or the person charged with the handing over of the keys.
In the contract you will also find the name and telephone number of the person charged with the reception.

Arrival and Departure

1) In the contract will be indicated of arrival and foreseen departure. Usually the arrival is aroud 3.00 p.m. and not later than 8.00 p.m., the departure at 10.00 a.m.
In case of delay or contretemps you must immediately advise the person responsible at the reception.

Payments


1) When the deposit is required (never more than 20% of the rental sum total) you must send, within five days from the signatured of the contract, a copy of the bank credit transfer or a money order for the amount of the deposit.

2) The settlement of the rent and of the incidental expenses must be made at the moment of the delevery of the keys.
