Bellagio is the pearl of Lake Como.
This stupendous location is situated on the point that divides lake Como into two.
The tourist center occupies the outer part of the hills, while the numerous towns are sparsed along the lakeshore as well as the hillsides.
The structure is located on the hills in the Aureggio area, in a peaceful residential area; the town center is reachable by car in 5 minutes, or by foot using a cobblestone road sided by olive trees from where you can admire the beautiful view of the two trunks of the lake.

At a distance of roughly 300 m you can find a sportscenter, with swimming pool, solarium, bar, children playground, tennis court and gym.
At a distance of roughly 500 m you can find all services including a social milkfarm with typical products of the area.

The apartment is three-roomed at the ground floor with a small terrace and garden composed by living-room, open kitchen, bathroom with shower, master bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, garden of roughly 50 m².

The apartment can accomodate up to 5 persons :

- 2 persons in the master bedroom.
- 3 persons in the room with the single beds.
